Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations

We kindly ask that you cancel your session at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.

 

  • Late cancellations (with less than 24 hours’ notice) may result in the full session fee being charged.

 

  • We understand that life happens. In the case of an emergency, please reach out—compassion comes standard here.

 

No-Shows

Appointments missed without prior notice are considered no-shows and are non-refundable.

 

Rescheduling

You are welcome to reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance via the link in your confirmation email or by contacting us directly.

 

Same-day rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur a fee.
